Trailer Falls On Lagos Road, Causes Chaotic Traffic Scene For Road Users

There is currently a chaotic traffic scene in Okekoto area of Agege in Lagos State following the falling over of a 14-tyre trailer along the road, thereby causing untold hardship for motorists rushing to their various places of work on Tuesday.
When kadecommunicationng passed through Okekoto, all roads leading through the area was blocked as a result of the fallen trailer.
Speaking to kadecommunicationng exclusively, a motorist, Mr. Bayo Afisu wondered why such heavy duty vehicles should be allowed to move early in the morning of a work day.
According to Mr. Afisu, ” These articulated vehicles cause lots of problems for we road users.
“Learnt it fell in the early hours of today, but this is almost 8am, and it’s still here, blocking traffic as long as Pen Cinema.
“The fallen trailer has covered more than 80 percent of the road, so vehicles are just passing through the very little space left one by one.
“With the volume of vehicles that ply this route, you can imagine the hardship for motorists. Hope the relevant authorities quickly intervene to save road users time spent on the road
