GTBank Opens Branches On Sunday As CBN Naira Deadline Looms

The Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO) on Sunday announced that all it’s branches will be opened on Sunday for customers who wish to avoid the rush and beat the old notes deadline of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) slated for 31st of January, 2023.
In a post on its website on Sunday, the bank asked customers to visit any of it’s branches to deposit the old N200, N500 and N1000 notes inorder to beat the rush expected on Monday.
According to GTCO, “Save time. Avoid the last minute rush by depositing your old Naira notes in any of our branches today, Sunday 29th of January, 2023.
“Our branches will be opened today, Sunday 29th of January, 2023 from 10am to 3pm to receive your old Naira notes cash deposit.”
