First Bank Customer Laments Over Unapproved Renewal Of Debit Card

A First Bank customer, Niyi Ogunkoya on Wednesday lamented over the banks auto renewal of his Debit Card without his consent.
Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, Niyi Ogunkoya lamented that because he is not in the country at the moment, the renewal of his Debit Card is totally unnecessary.
According to @niyiogunkoya, “Dear @FirstBankngr @FBN_help, I didn’t request for auto-renewal of my debit card. I thereby plead that you stop the process as I am in afar county where I do not need the card as it is mainly designed for Nigeria local transaction. “Stop auto renewal, it is unsolicited service.”
