
UBA Customer Laments Multiple Debit Alerts Despite Failed Online Transaction

A United Bank for Africa (UBA) customer, @jhnydc has taken to Twitter to lament multiple debit alerts on her account despite experiencing failed transactions via the banks mobile app.

In a post on Twitter on Wednesday, @jhnydc lamented that despite making three unsuccessful transactions via the UBA mobile app, his account was debited thrice and money is yet to be reversed.
According to @jhnydc, “I no understand @UBAGroup mobile app transfer server o.
“I do transfer of N5,850, N5,850, N10,000 but them debit my account when the status of the transfer said failed/unsuccessful and no reversal.
“Which kind thing be this? Na #2093203098, pls kindly reverse my money back to my act,”
