NPA Approves Increment In Sizes Of Vessels Calling Apapa Port

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has approved the increment in the sizes of vessels that will be calling Apapa Port to 300m Length Overall (LOA).
Disclosing this on Tuesday via it’s social media platform, the container terminal operator for Apapa Port, APM Terminals, congratulated it’s Government Relations Manager, Kayode Daniel for helping to secure the NPA approval.

According to APM Terminals, Apapa, “Congratulations to our Government Relations Manager, Kayode Daniel, on his Star Award. “Kayode was nominated for a Star Award by the APM Terminals Nigeria Country Leadership Team for being instrumental in obtaining NPA’s approval, for increasing the maximum vessel size in Apapa to 300m Length Overall (LOA).
“APM Terminals Apapa’s ability to accept larger vessels, will help the terminal remain competitive and cater for market needs. Congratulations Kayode and greater wins.”
Recall that the Lagos Port Complex Apapa, recently celebrated the arrival of the largest ever container vessel to berth at the port, the Kota Cantik.
