The Customs building filled with radio-active scanners blocking the path of the $1.5bn Lagos-Ibadan standard gauge rail
On Monday, the Honourable Minister of State for Transportation, Senator Gbemisola Saraki toured the Apapa and Tin-Can Island Ports.
At the APM Terminals inside Apapa port, the Minister revealed that a Customs building that has radio-active scanners has been impeding the prompt connection of the Lagos ports quay to the $1.5bn Lagos-Ibadan standard guage rail.
