80,000 Nigerians Officially Living In Spain-FG

The Federal Government on Thursday revealed that 80,000 Nigerians are currently documented residents in Spain, according to the Nigerian Embassy.
In a tweet on Thursday, the Special Assistant to President Buhari on Digital and New Media, Tolu Ogunlesi explained that with the visit of President Mohammadu Buhari to Spain, Nigeria will be hosting the United Nations World Trade Orgabisation’s Global Conference on Tourism, Culture and Creative Industries, in November 2022, in Lagos.
According to Tolu Ogunlesi, “On Thursday in Madrid, the Nigeria–Spain Business Forum, organized by the Spain Chamber of Commerce, Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), CEOE International, and the Nigerian Embassy will take place. President Mohammadu Buhati will deliver the keynote address.
“According to the Nigerian Embassy in Spain, there are 80,000 documented Nigerians living in Spain.”
