Downpour: Flash Flood Takes Over Lagos Roads, Causes Traffic Snarl

The early morning downpour on Friday has led to many roads in Lagos getting flooded, thereby causing heavy traffic snarl for road users hoping to get to their respective work places.
According to traffic situation monitored by kadecommunicationng, the Ikeja under bridge at Obafemi Awolowo road is a no go area due to heavy flash flood and chaotic traffic snarl around the roundabout underneath the bridge.
Also, for motorists hoping to connect Oshodi or Ikeja via the Agege Motor Road from Abule-Egba and Agege axis, the National bus-stop section of the Agege Motor road is a no go area due to heavy flash flood that has taken over the road, also leading to traffic build-up from the Lagos Airport axis down to Ile-Zik area.
