Deplorable Road, After Church Rush Hour Cripples Traffic In Fagba, Lagos
Fred Omotara, Lagos
There is currently chaotic traffic inward Fagba junction on Jonathan Coker street due to the bad state of the road and vehicular rush as a result of too many churches closing for service around mid-day of Sunday.
When kadecommunicationng passed through the area, traffic was already building up as some flash flooding and uneven portions of the road has compounded the traffic situation for road users who expressed frustration at the state of the road.
Speaking to kadecommunicationng, a motorist, Mr. Dayo Afolabi wondered why a road in Fagba should be left to collapse completely before repair works is done.
According to Mr. Afolabi, “This road wasn’t like this before. It was a small pot hole, but due to vehicular movements to and fro, the hole has now become a crater and is complicating traffic around here once it rains.
“Government should help us to look into the repair of this road before it becomes worse.”
