Traffic Snarl Returns Outward Apapa As Tipper, Truck Falls Over

Vehicular movement out of Apapa on Friday morning was hampered when a fully loaded Tipper poured it’s content on the road, about 50metres to Iganmu bridge while a containerized Truck fell over some distance from Sifax Off Dock Terminal, thereby reducing the very wide road to a single lane.
When kadecommunicationng passed through the area Friday morning, traffic gridlock was gradually building up and spilling into the inward Apapa lane due to some commercial buses using the other one-way lane inorder to beat the gridlock which had already stretched as far as opposite the Sifax Off Dock Terminal at Ijora.
As at the time of filing in this report, officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) told kadecommunicationng correspondent that truck lifting equipment from the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA) is being awaited
