Flash Flooding Slows Down Traffic In Parts Of Lagos

Following the heavy downpour on saturday, the entire stretch of Osborne inward Alfred Rewane road in Ikoyi was filled with flash flooding, thereby slowing down vehicular movement into Ikoyi.

Also, some parts of Ikeja was not spared as floods threatened to cripple traffic around the Ikeja under bridge in Obafemi Awolowo road.

Traffic enforcement officers were not spotted at their usual spot opposite the Osborne estate as most of them had scampered for cover due to the rampaging downpour
